The Issue: The rapid international expansion of the firm - as well as the history of autonomous office and country-based purchasing decisions - was negating the volume discount that should exist based on the size of the firm’s spend.
The Solution: Chase Cost Management affected an unusual global RFP for the firm, and is now implementing the contract with the winning supplier that will provide over 17% savings as well as a six-figure rebate.
