The Need Analysis performed by CCM surveys client utilization of equipment, compares this data with actual purchases and then recommends updates to equipment and advanced applications.  CCM outlines a reconfigured equipment fleet to meet needs, and negotiates client-favorable contracts. The process is guided by CCM from start to finish.
